Through a concrete anchoring in our values and our ethical approach, we build together the norm and culture that should apply in our operations. This norm then serves as a framework for our responsibility and working methods. The work takes place at HVB in Southern Sweden, mainly Skåne, Open Care in Southern Sweden, and Supported Housing in Skåne.
We simply work a lot with our shared understanding of our mission and how we should tackle problems or situations. Our work is to create a good norm and culture, and this is then our guiding star in everyday life. We believe that this drives us to do our best through a strong identification with the organization, through having a common morality, and that we all gain an inherent satisfaction from our work. By organizing ourselves organically, we take advantage of everyone's engagement, skills, and experiences. We analyze situations together and create goals and means to achieve those goals through participation. Participation from the staff group, organization, clients, and commissioners is a must for our operations to thrive.
