Are you a positive person with a strong character and a twinkle in your eye? Are you attentive and have an understanding of other people's life situations and choices?

We are now looking for personal assistants who can work extra as needed when there are available shifts with our member in Södra Sandby.

In your role as a personal assistant, you will help our member with everything in daily life where the disability sets limits, from the morning routine until the evening routine before bedtime begins. Aids are available for transfers and similar tasks. At certain times during the day, double assistance is required.

Our member has a great need for help in communicating with others, which is why it is a requirement that you speak and understand Swedish very well. As there are limited aids for communication, you need to have the patience to wait and interpret what the user needs help with. Computer skills are also required as the member needs a lot of help with the computer. It is important to have an understanding and respect for working in someone else's home. Since there are pets in the home, you cannot be allergic or have difficulties assisting with the work involving the pets. You need to have a driver's license and a car, or be able to get to the workplace in another way, as public transport to the workplace is less reliable late at night and early in the morning.

Previous experience as a personal assistant is an advantage, and due to the nature of the work, we prefer female applicants.
