At Frösunda Omsorg, we are looking for you who want to work as a temporary substitute support worker during the summer of 2026 at LSS Group Housing, Syrenvägen, Höör, Trumle, Glemminge and/or in Trelleholm, Svalöv. As a support worker, you will work at one of our residences to support, motivate, and stimulate the individual's own ability to perform daily life activities. The support can be both verbal, pedagogical, motivational, and practical in nature. Your task, together with colleagues, is to provide support and service (LSS) to customers to create a functioning, stimulating, and developing safe everyday life. You are part of a team, and tasks are performed both individually and in teams; together you are responsible for planning, implementation, and follow-up. We work based on a low-affective approach, solution-focused methods with the customer in focus from a salutogenic perspective. LSS housing is granted for individuals with various types of disabilities, which is why the individuals' skills, needs, and development guide our efforts. The goal is to create conditions for an active and meaningful life in a safe and pleasant environment.

You are part of a team, and tasks are performed both individually and in teams; together you are responsible for planning, implementation, and follow-up. We work based on a low-affective approach, solution-focused methods with the customer in focus from a salutogenic perspective.

Commonly occurring support includes planning, communication, activities, social interaction, and household chores. The work also includes documentation, collaboration with relatives, representatives, and other actors in the customer's network, as well as delegated healthcare tasks.

Examples of tasks:

• Daily tasks such as cleaning, shopping, cooking, social presence

• Documentation and reporting

• Excursions, walks, training, and activities

• Personal care such as hygiene, showering, toilet visits, support, social presence

• Support and motivate the customer for increased independence in their daily life

Working hours are scheduled according to the customers' needs and vary between day, evening, and night shifts, both weekdays and weekends.

We are looking for summer substitutes for Trelleholm, Trumle, and Syren, which are LSS Group Homes. The residences have 6 apartments in each operation and are surrounded by fantastic nature. The operations are staffed around the clock all year round for adults within LSS person circle 1. Our mission is to create a safe and meaningful existence through supportive interventions in the customers' daily lives.

We are looking for you with a big heart and a desire to make a difference. We would like you to enjoy working with people and have a strong sense of service. Additionally, you should be able to cooperate easily with others and have the ability to be flexible and attentive when needed.

Knowledge of functional variations and the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS) is necessary. Housing according to LSS is granted for individuals with various types of functional variations, and the interventions are based on the individuals' need for support. We focus on creating participation based on individual conditions and opportunities for an active and meaningful life in a safe and pleasant environment.

• We prefer that you are a nursing assistant, preschool teacher, or have another equivalent education.

• Requirement: Previous experience working with LSS and have care experience.

• It is required to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

• We would like you to have good physical ability.

• Requirement: Driver's license

Employment form: Summer substitute

Scope: 70-80%

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and positions may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
