Personal Assistant, Substitute with Fixed Shifts
We are now looking for a reliable and dedicated personal assistant to work as a substitute with the possibility of having some fixed shifts in the schedule.
The assignment involves a woman in her 30s with intellectual disabilities and delays in psychomotor development. She needs support in her daily life to create structure, safety, and participation in various activities.
As a personal assistant, your role will be to:
- Provide support in everyday tasks and activities
- Be attentive and able to interpret her communication and signals
- Be responsible for supervision, as she lacks the ability for self-risk assessment
- Create a calm, safe, and predictable environment
We are looking for someone who:
- Is responsible, attentive, and has great patience
- Preferably has experience working with intellectual disabilities (preferred but not required)
- Enjoys working closely with another person and taking on significant responsibility
This position is suitable for you who want to work as a substitute but also have one or more fixed shifts in the schedule.
