About me

I am a boy of about 2 years old who has Treacher Collins, a tracheostomy, and a feeding tube (button on my stomach). I live in Trelleborg with my family, which consists of my mom, dad, and two siblings aged 12 and 8.

About you

I am looking for someone with a big heart and a good sense of humor. I want you to be a creative person with a childlike spirit. You are kind, caring, and secure in yourself. You should be proactive, meticulous, and responsible.

Your task will be to assist me in and out of the home, closely connected to family members, relatives, and friends. My assistants also accompany me when I go to preschool. Therefore, it is important that you are flexible and attentive. You should be able to collaborate, as I need double assistance around the clock, with awake nights.

Requirements

• You as an assistant must be able to speak Swedish very well.

• You as an assistant must be smoke-free during working hours.

Meritorious

• It is an advantage but not a requirement if you have experience working with tracheostomy.

• It is an advantage but not a requirement if you have experience working with younger children.

The most important factor will be personal chemistry.

We are looking for hourly substitutes who can jump in now but also during the summer

Hourly employment as needed. Day and night shifts.

Varied working hours day/evening/weekend and night.

Example: Day shift 08-20, Night shift 20-08

The role of a personal assistant

As a personal assistant, you represent Hela Sveriges Assistans. In the role of personal assistant, you will complete an online training about what it is like to work as a personal assistant. Together with the client and your colleagues, you will strive for good quality and follow the company's values and policies.

As a personal assistant, you are responsible for receiving information sent out by the head office and, if necessary, seeking information available on the website. For other questions, you turn to your supervisor or the head office.

Before we offer employment, you must show an unopened extract/digital mailbox from the police's criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.

We train our employees to ensure the quality of personal assistance. All our new employees complete an online introductory training for personal assistants before their first working day or no later than one month after starting employment.

As a personal assistant at Hela Sveriges Assistans AB, you are covered by the Almega/Care Companies collective agreement with agreed occupational pension, training, and favorable wellness benefits.
