I'm looking for my new, kind and dedicated assistant!

I am an active guy who enjoys fun and joy in everyday life! I have a greater need for assistance as I use a wheelchair and have cerebral palsy. I do not have verbal speech but communicate with my own signs that you, as an assistant, will learn. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of TAKK/AKK, but it is not a requirement. If you have experience with tube feeding, this is also a merit.

The position is approximately 65% with an immediate start. Working hours are scheduled between 08:00-08:00 (day shifts), (Friday 08:00-10:00) and there may also be some double assistance. During weekends, the shifts are Saturday 10:00-10:00 and Sunday 10:00 - 08:00. To fit in with me, it is important that you are calm, secure, and patient. Due to some double assistance, it is important that you can cooperate, but you should also be able to work independently.

I am looking for both girls and boys. It is important that you have a driver's license as you will drive me in my own car. Since I ride once a week, you need to be comfortable around horses and not allergic/scared. If you have an active leisure time and for example, work out at the gym or engage in another physical activity, that is a big bonus as I need some support and help with transfers. I prefer that you are over 25 years old, but the most important thing is that you are a responsible and mature person.

Requirements:

• Experience in care work or similar
• Driver's license
• Good ability to cooperate and communicate with others
• Great flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations
