About the position

We are currently seeking personal assistants for a woman residing in Malmö. We are looking for someone who can work extra as needed from 11:00 AM to 5:20 PM on weekdays and weekends. We are also looking for someone who can work approximately 12 hours per week on a schedule on Thursdays and Fridays from 11:00 AM to 5:20 PM. Your tasks will include supporting daily routines, all personal care, and dressing and undressing. No heavy lifting is involved, but you will be there to assist with transfers.

Working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 11:00 AM - 5:20 PM on weekdays and weekends

About the client

The client is a 55-year-old woman who appreciates calm and peace in her daily life. She wishes for things to be as organized and planned as possible to avoid stressful situations. The client will inform you about what she wants to do on a given day depending on her condition.

About you

As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful daily life for our client. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being.

We believe that you, who are applying for this position, are a person who is attentive, brings a sense of calm, responsible, flexible, and cooperative. You are good at structuring and can see what needs to be done to avoid stressful situations. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as the applicant and the client. This can be decisive in the final selection.

Requirements:

• have care experience or equivalent,

• are smoke-free,

• are a competent swimmer and can tolerate chlorine,

• are okay with not using strong fragrances due to the client's sensitivity.

It is an advantage if you:

• have care education or equivalent,

• have a driver's license (automatic/manual),

• have access to a personal vehicle.

Scope: Part-time approximately 30% and extra/as needed. Number of positions: 2. Start date: By agreement. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
