EMPLOYMENT OFFICE

The Employment Office has a broad area of responsibility including individual and family care, labor market initiatives, adult education, municipal activity responsibility, and integration. Our work is based on a holistic view, participation, and individual responsibility. Through our support, care, and treatment initiatives, we aim to strengthen people's ability to change and increase independence.

The office consists of five units: Children and Family, Support and Treatment, Adult, Reception and Guidance, and Quality and Operational Support.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you want to work in a workplace where development, innovation, and community are in focus? One of our skilled colleagues will try other tasks with us, and we are therefore looking for an engaged and structured case officer for a temporary position.

As a case officer for financial assistance, you will work with authority according to the Social Services Act. The tasks include:

• investigating, assessing, and making decisions about financial assistance
• estate investigations and burial matters
• work with recovery and FUT investigations (incorrect payments)
• documenting and following up on cases
• meeting clients and collaborating with other actors internally and externally
• working legally and with good quality in processing.

You and a colleague will work together with a digital employee who, through RPA, supports the processing in administrative tasks and contributes to a more efficient working method. You will also have close collaboration with the labor market team within our unit, which carries out our assignments through various labor market initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is a social worker or has another education that the employer assesses as relevant
• has experience in authority work, preferably in financial assistance
• has good communication skills
• is structured, development-focused, and has a professional approach.

It is an advantage if you have experience with digital working methods or have previously worked in organizations where RPA or other automated processes are used. In addition to the requirements, great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities.
