Personal Assistant – Substitute for a Woman in Central Stockholm

Are you interested in working as a personal assistant in the heart of Stockholm?

We are currently looking for a substitute for a woman living near Odenplan at IGS Assistans. There is a chance for a permanent schedule depending on the chemistry between you and the client.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and available as needed. The working hours are mainly scheduled as follows:

• Day shifts: 08:00–16:00
• Evening/Night shifts: 16:00–08:00 (including on-call approximately 5–6 hours)

To work with the client, you need to be able to take both day and night shifts. If you cannot work any of these times, unfortunately, it is not worth applying for the position.

About the Position

As a personal assistant, you support the client in her daily life and help her live as independently as possible. The tasks include:

• Assistance with personal hygiene and transfers (manual, floor lift available if needed)
• Cooking, cleaning, and other household chores
• Support during training, activities, and the client's internship/work
• Assisting inside and outside the home

About the Client

The client is a woman in her late 50s who uses a wheelchair. She leads an active life and appreciates when the assistant is present, calm, and attentive to her needs.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a woman
• Speaks fluent Swedish
• Has previous experience as a personal assistant
• Is meticulous, responsible, and service-oriented
• Takes initiative but is responsive to the client's wishes
• Is flexible, calm, and patient
• Can put away their phone during working hours and focus fully on the client

Salary, Compensation, and Benefits:

Hourly wage according to individual agreement. Collective agreement with Kommunal exists.
