At Slåttervägens motivational residence, we work with heart and awareness to support adults with comorbidity in mental health and addiction/harmful use. We take pride in our work – providing care, creating structure, and together with the individual building paths towards a better life situation.
We offer a job where relationship and collaboration are at the center. You will become a key person in the user's network, where you, together with colleagues and partners from the municipality, authorities, and region, plan and implement interventions that make a difference. We work with the Harm Reduction and Case Management models. The ability to establish a supportive relationship and a functioning collaborative alliance with the user is a prerequisite for the interventions to be effective. The residence has space for 8 adults aged 20-65 years.

Your responsibilities

As a Rehabilitation Assistant, you will:
- Establish and work with assessments, documentation, implementation plans, crisis plans, goal follow-ups, cooking, and ADL interventions
- Work according to Harm Reduction and Case Management
- Use methods such as ASI, ESL, MI, and ÅP
- Contribute with motivational and rehabilitative interventions
- Be involved in the user's daily life where you provide supportive/compensatory/motivational interventions.

The work is varied, developing, and requires competence, flexibility, and organizational ability.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of education as a treatment assistant, support assistant, nursing assistant, social educator, or other education deemed equivalent.
- Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written (required for documentation and collaboration)
- You have good computer skills and are comfortable working in digital systems, such as Word, Outlook, and Teams, as a natural part of your daily work.
- B driver's license

Meritorious:
- Previous experience working with the target group

Slåttervägens residence is located in Ronna with good local transport connections. We are 9 people working on a schedule with weekend duties and sleeping on-call. The work is led by a group leader and a results unit manager.
