For the right person, there is an important job here. We are looking for someone who can quickly take a shift and replace the regular assistant during illness or planned leave such as vacations. If you work well with the client and in the group, we can also look at fixed shifts in the schedule in the next step.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, communicative, and caring. You must, of course, understand and communicate with the client, but also with other people in her daily life, such as relatives and colleagues. We support and cover for each other in the workgroup, and we strive to give our client a safe and valuable day. The work as an assistant here is very varied but can best be described as support and care in everyday life, an important and responsible job that is also mixed with play and laughter!

The assistance is provided in a villa in Spånga. Here, this young woman lives with her relatives. She has several disabilities and needs active supervision and help around the clock, and therefore there are shifts distributed as day, afternoon/evening, and night. Since many parts of the need for help are close to personal integrity, we only want to hire women as assistants.

The role and experience of the assistant

You who are applying need to be at least 18 years old. Responsible, positive, energetic, and proactive. You also need to be patient and allow things to take time sometimes. However, the most important thing is that the chemistry is right and that you, like the rest of the team, want to create conditions for development for our client and make every day valuable.

For this position, we are primarily looking for the right person but would like you to have experience and/or education in care. It is a plus if you have worked with children and young people or adults. However, the most important thing is how you interact with the client. We want all our assistants to be non-smokers. It is a great advantage if you live near Spånga.

Meritorious experiences

• Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement.
• Experience in similar work.
• Work with children/youth.

Working hours/employment rate

• Employment on an hourly basis – as needed.
• Shifts during illness and/or planned leave.
• During vacation periods, there are 4–6 weeks of full-time employment available.
