At Unike Förskolor, we have a total of 10 preschools. Five in Nacka, four in Tyresö, and one in Vimmerby. We are now looking for substitutes for our preschool in Saltsjöbaden, Nacka.

We believe in supporting children's curiosity and coming together around common concerns.

Preschool Pilen is located in a standalone facility with a large associated yard in Saltsjöbaden, Nacka. The preschool is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, and children should have rich opportunities to explore, reflect on, and describe their surroundings. The preschool has its own chef who prepares meals from scratch.

Job Responsibilities

As a childcare worker with us, you will work with children aged 1–5 years. You will cover for absences, such as illness, parental leave, or leave of absence. We offer both longer substitute positions and hourly employment as needed.

You will actively participate in the educational activities, be involved in the daily work with the children, and collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and developmental education.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained childcare worker.
• Has experience working with children in preschool.
• Is genuinely interested in children and their development.
• Is flexible, responsible, and has good collaboration skills.
• Has a professional demeanor and good communication skills in both spoken and written form.

Meritorious:

• Experience working based on the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
• Knowledge of TAKK (sign language as an alternative and supplementary communication).

Other

A criminal record extract is required for work in preschool. It can be ordered through the Police.
