About the job:

• Part-time temporary position (about 16 hours/week on average - evenings and weekends) for at least six months.
• During a period in January/February, there is an opportunity to work extra as one of my assistants will be on leave.
• You will work together with a colleague during day shifts.

About me:

I live in beautiful Ekerö, near Lake Mälaren and nature. One of my biggest interests is driving – and as an assistant, you help make that possible! I have autism and behavioral disorders, which means you will receive regular guidance and support to feel secure in the role.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is secure, mature, and attentive.
• Has a manual driving license (you will drive my car).
• Takes initiative and enjoys finding things to do.
• Speaks fluent Swedish for clear communication.
• Has good physical fitness (I can have epileptic seizures when standing/walking).
• Is not allergic to pets (I have dogs and cats nearby).

Previous experience working with individuals with neuropsychiatric disabilities is an advantage, but the most important thing is that we enjoy being together.

Scope & schedule:

Currently, there is a 6-month temporary position with a good chance of extension for the right person. You will work 7 shifts on a rolling 4-week schedule (about 40%) and extra as needed. The fixed shifts are currently as follows:

• 3 evenings (weekdays)
• 2 Saturdays (8–17)
• 2 Sundays (8–21:30)
