About the Job

We are now looking for several dedicated assistants for our client in Vällingby/Råcksta. The client requires assistance around the clock, so we are looking for someone available during the day, evenings, and who can work night shifts.

You will primarily work independently with the client, except for shorter occasions when the client has double assistance.

You will always start as a part-time employee, but there is a chance for a fixed schedule up to a full-time position, depending on the chemistry between you and the client.

Who We Are Looking For

You who are applying should be a woman and at least 25 years old. We are looking for someone who is empathetic, proactive, and responsible. You need to have patience, be stress-resistant, and calm. Since mobility is involved in the job, a basic level of physical fitness and knowledge of transfer techniques is required. Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is essential, and you should be able to cook good food. We prefer candidates who have previous experience as a personal assistant and can handle floor lifts.

The client smokes cigarettes indoors, so you should not have any issues with this.

About the Client

The client is a 64-year-old man. He has significant care needs, both personal and requires help managing his home, including cooking, doing laundry, going on outings, etc. As long as you have the basic physical fitness/condition, this job may suit you!

Employment Conditions

You will start working as a part-time employee, but there is a chance for a fixed schedule in the future.

Start Date

Start by first completing an interview; if you proceed, you will visit the client's home to get to know each other. The next step will be contract signing, and then you will start working.
