I am a social, active, and outgoing 25-year-old guy living with my family and our dog. I enjoy spending time with friends, and my family means a lot to me! I have a great interest in music and play guitar as much as I can! I swim regularly and engage in many other activities outside the home. My disabilities mean that I need personal assistance with all my basic needs, but it is equally important to help me develop and pursue my interests. With your involvement, I should be able to live spontaneously and do what I feel like.

I am looking for someone who is committed and responsible in what they do, as well as flexible in their working style. You will assist me both at home, during leisure time, in daily activities, and on short-term stays. Your workplace will be wherever I am, so you should be able to accompany me on trips/camps and adapt to new situations.

I need cognitive support to feel secure, and for communication purposes, it is important that you are attentive to my signals and that you speak good Swedish. I would like you to share my interests, and therefore, you should be someone who values communication highly, has a lot of energy, is creative and resourceful, and has the ability to take initiative and see what needs to be done. If you can play guitar, that would be great, but it is not a requirement.

You should have generally good physical fitness as there are some lifting and transfers involved in the job. I would like you to be smoke-free.

Scope: The position is approximately 80%. Scheduled working hours include days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Start date: As soon as possible.
