We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who wants to work extra as needed at our LSS accommodations on Kungsholmen and who wants to support our tenants in their daily lives in a structured way.

The working hours are scheduled and will be during the day, evening, weekend, and possibly night.

Your Role

You will participate, be present, and support the tenants in all household tasks. This includes both indoor and outdoor activities such as walks and various leisure activities. Your working method is based on the tenants' skills and development.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Performing service tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
• Carrying out tasks based on self-care and delegation, such as medical, rehabilitative, and habilitative interventions.
• Documenting in the organization's documentation system.
• Collaborating with the service recipient's network.

Your Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for someone who has:

• A high school education in the care and nursing program.
• Or another education deemed equivalent by the employer (for example, ongoing education in social work or health care).

Since the job involves a lot of oral and written reporting and documentation, we require proficiency in Swedish and computer skills at a level necessary for the assignment.

It is also an advantage if you have:

• Experience working with people with disabilities.
• Experience working with clear pedagogical methods (e.g., AAC).
• Experience writing social documentation.

In 2025, the responsibility for playground activities will transfer to the department. For certain positions within the Social Services Department, a background check may be required.
