We are looking for personal assistants for a woman with Salla's disease – Part-time position in Huddinge (Glömsta)

Do you want to work in an engaged team where you really make a difference? We are now looking for you who have your heart in the right place and experience in care for a woman with Salla's disease in Glömsta, Huddinge municipality.

About the position
The client is a young woman with extensive care needs. In your role as a personal assistant, you help her with everything from personal care to communication, training, and other daily routines.

The position also includes handling a suction machine, a breathing machine, and PEG. These tasks occur several times a day and require security and precision, and there are always two people present when these are used. The client has double assistance approved around the clock.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in care
• Is comfortable working with a suction machine, breathing machine, and PEG (meritorious but not a requirement if you are willing to learn)
• Is attentive, patient, and aware of non-verbal communication
• Can work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues
• Has good Swedish in speech and writing
• Is smoke-free during working hours

Working hours
The position is part-time and includes varying shifts – day, evening, and weekend, according to a rolling schedule. Day: 08-16, evening: 16-21, and weekends: 08-16 and 16-21. There is also the possibility for long shifts, 08-21. It is not possible to choose only day shifts, as it will be on a rolling schedule both day, evening, and one weekend.
