I am a teenage girl with cerebral palsy who uses a wheelchair and loves when things happen – swimming, going biski, visiting Gröna Lund, outings, and everything that is fun and a little crazy. I am now looking for a personal assistant who wants to join me on both adventures and everyday life, and who can help me with practical tasks: eating, communicating, personal hygiene, transfers, stretching, and training – while also being my companion in laughter, ideas, and all the fun moments that everyday life brings.

I am looking for someone with a sense of humor, creativity, and a youthful spirit. You can be calm and secure when needed, but also have energy and drive when we come up with fun activities. Reliability, punctuality, and enjoying being close to me, my assistant team, and my family are super important.

We are looking for assistants who also want a mixed schedule of day/evening/night/weekend as outlined below.

Monday to Friday night 21:00-07:30. The position is located every other week in Jungfrusund and Fruängen or wherever I am. Employment 100% as agreed or if you just want to work extra.

Monday to Friday afternoon/evening 15:30-21:00 and weekends daytime/evening 9:00-21:00. (even weeks). The position is located every other week in Jungfrusund (starting from school) or wherever I am. Employment 100%-50% as agreed or if you just want to work extra.

You should be able to work alone but also be a good team player, as you will be part of a team of assistants, where much of the time will involve double assistance or if someone needs to substitute when someone is sick, but also with the rest of my family.

Employment type: Hourly employment, the position may transition to a fixed-term contract as long as the assignment lasts with good cooperation. Employment conditions, overtime compensation, occupational pension, insurance agreements, etc. are regulated in the applicable collective agreement between Fremia & Kommunal.
