Personal Assistant and Team Leader – A Meaningful and Close Work

Do you want a job where you make a difference every day while also taking responsibility and developing? We are looking for a personal assistant who will also become one of my two team leaders. The position is approximately 32 hours per week with varying working hours (day, evening, and every other weekend). Occasionally, night shifts may occur if needed.

About me:

I live in my own apartment with good transportation (green line and buses) in southern Stockholm. I lead an active and social life, am engaged in the association JAG, and work at the JAG center. I enjoy exercising and moving (Move & Walk) and appreciate when the assistance runs smoothly and with quality.

We believe you are a person who:

• Is positive, sees opportunities, and enjoys being active.
• Has experience in personal assistance and preferably self-care.
• Is practical, enjoys cooking, and has order and structure.
• Has good physical condition to assist me with transfers (I use a wheelchair but can walk with support).
• Has experience with AAC and signs (TAKK/TSP) and can help me with my eye-controlled computer.
• Has previous experience leading others and enjoys responsibility.

As a team leader:

You have a helicopter perspective and are responsible for quality and continuity in the assistance together with my other team leader.

Working hours:

You will work according to a four-week schedule with varying times, for example:

• 07:30/08:30–15:00/16:00
• 13:00–21:00

Start date: Immediately or as agreed.

About the recruitment process:
