AB OmsorgsCompagniet in the Nordics has been established since 2003. We are currently located in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Örebro, and Trollhättan. OmsorgsCompagniet in the Nordics consists of personal assistance, respite care, escorting, housing support, and supported living.

We are now looking for a personal assistant who wants to work every other weekend and extra as needed with a client who has physical and cognitive disabilities. The client lives in a townhouse in Ekerö and needs support in all daily activities as well as safe supervision during all waking hours.

We are looking for someone with previous experience as a personal assistant or in similar fields. Experience in caregiving and handling a ceiling lift is an advantage and is highly appreciated.

As a personal assistant, you will work with:

• Personal care and hygiene

• Transfers using a ceiling lift (double staffing may occur)

• Support during meals

• Medication administration according to delegation

• Positioning in wheelchair and bed

• Supervision and safety in daily life

• Practical tasks in and around the home

• Support during activities depending on the client's energy and needs

We are looking for someone who is calm, secure, and responsible. You should be structured, patient, and enjoy working both independently and in a team.

OmsorgsCompagniet values the safety of both clients and staff, and therefore has a routine of always requesting a criminal record extract from all individuals employed by the company. This means that upon hiring, we will request a record extract from you before you can start working. The police processing time can be up to two weeks - order your record extract as soon as possible.
