Temporary Workers Needed for Daily Activities within LSS
We are currently looking for temporary workers for daily activities within LSS, focusing on carpentry and recycling.
We belong to the care and social administration, which is one of our six administrations in Lidingö municipality. About 800 employees work with us to support our residents in all stages of life. We work with elderly care, social psychiatry, disability support, and individual and family care. We always put the individual's needs at the center.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities include providing support, service, and personal care to individuals within LSS. The work is based on each individual's personal implementation plan, focusing on participation, influence, and safety, where the individual is always at the center. The work takes place during the day, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, characterized by a good approach.
In the group we are looking for substitutes for, we work structured together with the customers. You will follow the customer throughout the day, and the work is done both in groups and one-on-one, depending on the customer's needs.
The operations also include carpentry work on assignment and maintenance of recycling stations around the island, where you actively participate in the daily work together with the customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has a completed and approved high school education relevant to the position, such as in health and care/USK or the child and leisure program. Alternatively, you have other education that the employer assesses as equivalent.
You have good computer skills to meet the requirements for social documentation and have a good command of Swedish in both speech and writing. You have previous experience working with individuals with disabilities, mental health issues, or other work that the employer assesses as equivalent.
A B driver's license for manual transmission is required for the position, as well as an interest in carpentry, since the operations include practical tasks within carpentry and recycling.

The municipality applies individual salary setting. Start date according to agreement.
