We at Bonzi are now looking for 2 new colleagues who want to work as needed as personal assistants for our female client in Norrtälje.

The client is only looking for female assistants.

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute as needed during the regular assistant's absence due to, for example, vacation or illness. As a substitute, you need to be flexible and able to work on short notice with varying hours during weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Support in daily routines and household chores

• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

• Practical support in the home and in daily activities

The positions involve varying working hours during weekdays and weekends:

• 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM

• 11:00 AM - 08:10 PM

• 08:00 PM - 08:40 AM Awake night.

• Double staffing occurs from 11:00 AM to 08:10 PM

About the client

The client is a woman in her 40s who lives with her family and dog in Norrtälje.

We believe you are a person who enjoys working with people and can put others' needs at the center.

As a person, you are empathetic, social, responsive, and reliable. You find it easy to follow instructions but are also proactive and see what needs to be done.

The client particularly appreciates a secure, calm, and stable personality in her assistants. The chemistry between you and the client is crucial and may become the most important factor in the final selection.

It is advantageous if you have: Experience working as a personal assistant or in care and support.

A driver's license and access to your own car

Requirements:

• Not allergic to pets (a dog is present in the home)

• Non-smoker

• Driver's license

Scope: 1 position 50% 1 position 75% 1 position as a substitute as needed with a view to a permanent position.

Start date: Interviews are ongoing and can be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements
