The client speaks for themselves and controls their daily life, but from experience, you know that it takes more than just following directives; you need to be able to sense and both support and encourage where needed.

The work is active, and in addition to daily tasks, the days can include everything from swimming or gym to shorter and longer trips. Therefore, we see that you are an active person who appreciates activities and can handle varying days.

In the client's home, you are careful to keep things tidy and can manage switching between being an active helper and being more passive when needed.

In summary, you are:

• Fluent in Swedish
• Experienced in working as a personal assistant
• Flexible and willing to work varying hours, including day, night, evening, and weekends
• Empathetic, active, positive, and responsible, with the ability to switch between encouragement and following
• Non-smoker, preferably completely tobacco-free

Preferred qualifications:

• Swimmer
• English-speaking
• Ability to accompany on trips, including abroad
