I live with a CP disability and use a wheelchair. You will be my arms and legs, helping me with everything from assisting me in my communication, helping me eat, all hygiene matters, my transfers, my daily necessary stretching, and other training. I am curious about most things and enjoy activities like bathing, going to Gröna Lund, skiing (biski), or taking trips in the city/forest.

You must have a sense of humor and be young at heart to assist me as a teenager, be resourceful, have a strong work ethic, and be punctual. Experience working with youth with special needs and/or in care is a plus but not a requirement. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal suitability and working in a family environment. You should be able to work independently but also be a good team player, as you will be part of a team of assistants, where much time will involve double assistance or covering for someone who is sick, as well as working with the rest of my family. If you see opportunities and have a good sense of humor, I am sure we will enjoy working together!

• Fluent in Swedish to assist me in my communication.

We are looking for assistants for every other week, even weeks (Ekerö, Jungfrusund).

Monday to Friday afternoons/evenings 15:30-21:00 and weekends daytime/evening 9:00-21:00. Sunday to Monday night 21:00-07:30.

We are also looking for someone who wants a mixed position evening/night/weekend.

Working hours 20-50% according to agreement or if you just want to work extra. The position is located every other week (even weeks) in Ekerö when I stay with my dad.

Employment type: Hourly employment, the employment may transition to a fixed term as long as the assignment lasts with good cooperation. Employment conditions, overtime compensation, occupational pension, insurance agreements, etc., are regulated by the applicable collective agreement between KFO & Kommunal.
