Do you want to help build a new assistance team from scratch?

We are now looking for several dedicated personal assistants for a man in his 50s who lives in a house in Åkersberga. This is a completely new assignment, which means you will have the opportunity to help build a safe, cohesive, and long-term assistance team from the ground up.

The client needs support and assistance around the clock. As a personal assistant, you will be a central and significant part of his daily life and quality of life. He communicates verbally and is involved in directing his assistance – you will be his extended arms and legs when his strength is not enough.

Job Responsibilities

The work as a personal assistant includes, among other things:

• Personal care and hygiene

• Support and assistance in daily life, both practically and socially

• Creating a safe, harmonious, and positive environment

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for both outgoing individuals and those who possess inner calm and good intuition. In this assignment, it is especially important that you want to contribute to building a stable and long-term team, where continuity, safety, and collaboration are in focus.

We believe that you:

• Have experience working with people and a good attitude

• Are responsible, flexible, and secure in yourself

• Have empathy, patience, and sensitivity

• Thrive with many routines, are very meticulous, and can think several steps ahead to anticipate needs

• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Previous experience in care or personal assistance is a plus but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are engaged, curious, and willing to learn.

Requirements

• Female assistants

• Not allergic to pets (dogs are present in the home)

• Non-smoker

• Driver's license and access to a car is a plus but not a requirement

Working Hours and Scope

• Part-time or full-time according to schedule

• Start date: March 1, 2026

• Opportunity for extra hours as needed
