We are now looking for a personal assistant for a 61-year-old active, independent, and positive woman with a muscle disease. She lives in Hölö, and the job is based there or wherever she is. Right now, she works from home 3 days a week, the rest at the office in Södertälje. Now that one of her stars is off on new adventures, we are looking for a new member for her team. We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of her daily life – and who assists her in living a rich and independent life.

About the role As her personal assistant, you will compensate for her weak muscles - she thinks, decides, and initiates herself, but she likes that you come up with your own ideas. She leads an active life. Works, trains both in the pool and at her own gym, enjoys gardening, loves driving her Mustang 65, and finds many other fun activities.

If you see this as care and support, she is not the right person for you to work with.

She needs help in her daily life, such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, gardening, picking up/putting away things, i.e., household chores. Manual transfers occur every day. She uses a manual wheelchair everywhere, all the time. Needs assistance outdoors.

Who are you? - WOMAN (!!) - Very good physical condition (no back, neck, knee issues, etc.). Important since manual transfers are involved. - Good Swedish. - Able to work both full days from 06:30 to 21:00 and weekends from 09:00 to 17:00. - Has a driver's license and access to a car. You must meet ALL of the above criteria. If you do not, unfortunately, you are not eligible for the position.

You need to be confident in yourself, able to adapt to different situations, and thrive in both high and low-paced environments. It is important that you are attentive, service-minded, loyal, flexible, and have a high sense of integrity. You need to be organized and able to follow instructions easily. We place great emphasis on personality, and no previous experience is required; you will receive necessary training on-site.
