We are now looking for an engaged female personal assistant for a temporary position, with a passionate interest in music, who enjoys sitting at the piano once the day’s activities and chores are completed. As a temporary worker, you may work all types of shifts, day, evening, and awake night. You will support an individual with personal care needs and everyday assistance in their home, including personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, cooking, etc. It is important that you show commitment and inspire the client in their daily life. The role involves responsible work where you contribute daily to creating conditions for as independent and active a life as possible. A strong plus is if you have an interest in gardening, as there is a lovely garden filled with flowers and crops during the summer.

Job responsibilities: As a personal assistant, your tasks will include support in personal care, assistance with daily chores at home, and accompanying the client to activities and medical appointments. Since the client has aphasia, good communication is central to adapting the work to the individual's needs. You will enter a well-furnished home, with a clear structure and schedule for the day's plans.

In this role, you will work largely independently, but you will of course have support from both managers and colleagues. Working hours vary with day shifts (07:00-15:00), evening shifts (14:30-20:00). Longer shifts may occur on weekends.

Your profile: We are looking for someone with experience in care and support. Personal suitability is of great importance, and we seek a flexible and attentive person who can work independently while being part of a team. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is necessary to communicate and document correctly.
