About the Role:

As a night personal assistant, you are a reliable point of contact. You need to handle situations calmly and professionally, even when something unexpected happens. The job involves being attentive, providing support when needed, and creating a safe environment during the night.

We prefer that you have:

• Experience with night work – you are used to working when others are sleeping and can maintain focus during quiet yet important shifts.
• Experience with NPF (neuropsychiatric disabilities) – you have insight into how different needs can affect daily life.

• Be calm and stable – you are the one who creates tranquility when it is needed most.
• Have good communication skills and be able to follow routines.
• Be responsible and have good judgment.
