We provide special housing in a calm and rural castle environment for individuals with mental health issues and comorbidity.

Nytida Rånäs is located about an hour north of Stockholm, just outside Rimbo. Here, there are a total of 88 places in 3 different operations for individuals aged 21 and over.

Together with the individual, a structured plan for the stay is formulated based on the assignment from the placing municipality. We have a holistic view of the individual and base our work on both strengths and resources as well as challenges and needs.

Your Mission

The role means that as a housing supporter at Nytida Rånäs Säbo, you will be part of a staff group where you are expected to both collaborate and contribute to a good work environment while your ability to work independently is highly valued. You will perform structured work with each individual based on an agreed assignment and implementation plan. Typically, we support the individual in areas such as daily structured activities, meaningful leisure, a functioning home, relationships, and networks.

We see that each individual is unique and thus each assignment is as well. Together with staff, each individual is offered opportunities to find both their context and the situations where they feel safe, involved, and curious about their own development based on their own conditions and needs.

In the work at Säbo, practical tasks are also included. Documentation is done regularly in the form of establishing implementation plans and journal notes.

Introduction is part of the recruitment process.

Your Qualifications

We see that you have a high school education in health and care with a focus on psychiatry or other education deemed equivalent. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target groups and a strong interest in people and their well-being.

You see opportunities, have a positive outlook, and a strong commitment to people. The work requires that you are responsible and have personal maturity. You share your knowledge and experiences with your colleagues and see it as natural to contribute to a positive work environment. You have good computer skills and experience with documentation. A requirement is that you handle the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

A driver's license is a requirement.
