About the position
We at Bonzi are now looking for a new employee who wants to work as a personal assistant every other weekend and on Friday evenings for our child client who lives with his family in Saltsjöbaden (Nacka).
The boy has a lifelong disability both motorically and in communication and behavior. Relatives only wish for female assistants.
On weekdays, the boy is picked up from preschool, and the tasks include all personal care, tube feeding, and activities.
There may be opportunities to work more during colleagues' absences, such as vacation or illness.
Working hours are as follows:
4:00 PM - 9:00 PM Fridays
10:00 AM - 5:00 PM every other weekend
Are you the one we are looking for:
We believe that you who are applying for this position are a person who enjoys working with children. As a person, you are empathetic, socially aware, solution-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
For the boy to feel comfortable with you, you need to be a positive, warm, and secure person with a lot of patience. Furthermore, we would like you to be a creative person who enjoys coming up with activities to do together with the boy.
It is a plus if you have:
Experience working as a personal assistant or in healthcare and social services
Education focused on children or children with disabilities
Requirements:
Professional experience working with children
Physically strong
Not allergic to pets
Scope: 1 part-time position. 1 position as a substitute as needed.
Start date: End of January 2026, interviews are ongoing and can be filled before the application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

To work as a personal assistant, companion, or respite caregiver, you must be at least 18 years old.
