Our client Gant Time/Stockholm North United is now seeking a Business Controller & Supply Chain Manager for a central role in the company. Here you will have the opportunity to combine financial analysis, controlling, and follow-up while becoming part of a tight-knit team that supports each other and works collaboratively in an international context. 

About the company 

Stockholm North United AB is the licensee for GANT Time & Jewelry and is responsible for design,  production, and global distribution. GANT Time is currently present in over 25 markets worldwide. 

About the role  

The role gives you broad responsibilities within both finance and logistics. You will ensure that the flow of goods operates smoothly and that financial decisions are made based on the right information. The role requires analytical skills, structure, and flexibility, as well as a willingness to support the team and contribute to the companies' development. The companies are located in beautiful and inspiring premises just a stone's throw from Strandvägen, where we hope you will want to spend your working days with the rest of the team. 

Main responsibilities  

Financial planning, budget follow-up, and forecasts 

Analysis of sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) 

Reporting to internal and external stakeholders 

Prepare materials for monthly and annual financial statements 

Conduct analyses to strengthen the management and sales of the business 

Participate in budget and forecasting work 

Administer and coordinate inventory flows for purchasing, sales, and transportation

Ensure that policies and regulations are followed 

We are looking for someone who: 

Has experience in controlling and financial follow-up 

Has excellent skills in Excel

Experience with ERP systems and BI tools 

Meritorious

Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and transport economics 

The right candidate has a degree in finance from a university and is an analytical and structured person. You have 3-5 years of work experience in business control and thrive in an environment where you can work on both strategic and operational issues and where new challenges are part of your daily routine.
