Job Responsibilities
Currently, a project is underway in Huddinge Municipality aimed at strengthening language competence for employees within healthcare and social services as well as in preschool. As part of this work, language tests have been introduced during recruitment and to identify the need for competence development among existing staff.
We are now looking for an HR Administrator who can be responsible for the administration of test dispatches and coordination between managers, candidates, employees, and the supplier of the testing system. You will work in our recruitment system Visma recruit and manage language tests via Educateit.
The position is 100% and a fixed-term employment lasting until December 31 (with a possible extension).
In your daily work, you will primarily be involved in the administration and coordination of language tests, which includes:
- Dispatch to candidates
- Handling responses and results
- Reminder management
- Planning of dispatches and general administration
In this role, you will have many different contact points, and you need to have a good sense of structure as well as a clear service mindset to provide candidates and managers with a good experience. You will be part of building the position and developing work methods to streamline our managers' recruitment and competence development processes. With you in place, we will be able to provide even better overall support to Huddinge Municipality's managers and achieve an important increase in competence within healthcare, social services, and preschool.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who wants to become part of our team and help us build a cutting-edge recruitment function.
We want you to have:
- a university degree in HR or equivalent that the employer assesses as comparable
- a strong administrative ability and experience in administrative work, such as administrator, recruitment assistant, or similar
- good system knowledge, accustomed to switching between different systems and a proficient user of the Office suite
- very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
Since a central part of our work involves coordination, communication, and interaction in various forms, it is important that you have:
- the ability to communicate clearly and pedagogically
- a results- and solution-oriented approach, as this position is new and new situations may arise along the way
- a structured way of working and good planning skills, as there may be many parallel processes running simultaneously
- attention to detail and accuracy in your work
- a good sense of service and the ability to adapt your communication to different target groups and levels
The HR Administrator position is located in the Recruitment and Competence section. Our section is part of the Municipal Executive Administration and focuses on quality assurance of Huddinge Municipality's recruitment work and providing our managers with support in recruitment. The section consists of five professional and friendly recruiters. Since the start in spring 2024, we have taken several steps in building the section and our work methods - but to move forward in our building process, we need you!
