Job Description

A company located in central Stockholm is currently seeking the right candidate for the role of Executive Assistant.

The company operates within the finance industry and provides financial advisory services to clients, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), debt advisory, growth financing, and capital markets.

They primarily advise in the energy, infrastructure, and TMT sectors (Technology, Media, Telecom).

The company has organically grown from 3 employees to 10 at the Stockholm office over the past ten years, and there is also close collaboration with colleagues in Finland.

They are now looking for a right-hand person for the office and are seeking a colleague who can complement the current workforce!

The need is immediate, and the position involves 80-100%!

As the role also includes maintenance of premises, the work will be on-site by agreement.

Consulting position with the possibility of takeover.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, emails, and phone calls
• Assist with expense reports and travel reimbursements
• Create reports using Excel and prepare PowerPoint presentations
• Prepare and coordinate internal and external meetings
• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and booking meeting rooms
• Support with other administrative tasks such as invoice management and other financial duties
• Maintenance of premises
• Ordering/Purchasing for the office

Qualifications

• You have experience as an assistant or coordinator
• Works well both independently and in a team
• Express yourself very well in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Have worked with external parties and various contacts
• Enjoy a dynamic work environment where things can change quickly
• Can be flexible with working hours depending on workload
