This is your mission
The operations within basic processing and information quality deal with intelligence information that comes into the Security Police. As an administrator with us, you will work based on methodological and operational orientations to make and manage the information available in databases. This includes assessing and structuring the intelligence information in accordance with the Law (2019:1182) on the Security Police's processing of personal data.
You and your colleagues actively participate in the methodological, technical, and operational development work that is continuously conducted at the authority. You will work both independently and together with others. Your work also involves collaboration with the authority's various operational areas, giving you a good understanding of the whole when you work here.
You will work in a learning environment and face complex situations where you will have the opportunity to explore different proposals and find solutions to contribute to an organization in constant development.
Your placement is at the headquarters in Solna, and the work is performed on-site. Domestic travel may occur in the position.
These are the qualifications we are looking for in you
Only those who meet the following requirements can be considered for the position.
Requirements:
· Academic education, at least 120 credits with a social science, legal, or equivalent focus, or work experience that the Security Police deems equivalent
· At least one year of relevant work experience within the last three years (internships do not count)
· Experience working in IT systems in a methodical way.
· Very good ability to write in Swedish
· Good reading comprehension in English
The position requires Swedish citizenship.
You who apply may also have competencies that add breadth and complementary perspectives. If you can contribute with one or more of the following, it is meritorious:
· Experience from working with personal data processing
· Experience interpreting legal texts and making legal assessments
· Experience in methodological and development work
· Practical experience of a data-driven working method
· Familiarity with working in Excel
· Experience in digital transformation

The Security Police places high demands on security and confidentiality; therefore, we expect you to have a high security awareness.

Employment conditions and benefits
Swedish citizenship is a requirement, as employment with the Security Police involves placement in a security class. Employment also requires a satisfactory result in the security screening with a background check, which is conducted in accordance with the Security Protection Act.
This is a permanent position that begins with a six-month probationary period. We apply individual salary setting. Employment comes with an obligation to be placed in wartime.
