ABOUT THE POSITION

Forsmark Nuclear Power Plant is one of the largest electricity producers in Sweden, generating one-sixth of the electricity consumed in the country. Here, you who have an interest in mechanical design have a unique opportunity to develop as a Control Preparedness Specialist. This position is aimed at those who see themselves building a career within nuclear power and developing at Forsmark.

You will be part of a mechanical design team of about 20 colleagues. They play an important role in maintaining, improving safety, and modernizing Forsmark's production facilities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

Develop proposals for technical solutions
Create 3D models and drawings of existing and new installations
Read and review drawings and flowcharts
Work with design issues related to lifting devices and tools
Support the business in the construction area in various forums

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Is a qualified engineering graduate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as this is required for communication and documentation

The position is security classified, which means that a security clearance will be conducted before employment. The security clearance includes a background check and a security interview in accordance with the Security Protection Act. In addition to the security clearance, a drug test will be conducted.
