Fresenius Kabi continues to strengthen its project organization and is now looking for a Development Engineer with strong technical competence and an interest in developing our production facilities. About you
- Academic education in engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience in production and/or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in project work or project management in technical environments.
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, at various levels in the organization.
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Desirable experiences:
- Life Science, GMP/GxP, ISO standards.
- Qualification and validation of equipment or systems.

About the position
As a Development Engineer, you will be a central part of our continued development. The role involves both operational work and strategic development of our technical processes. You will work closely with project managers, production, technical functions, and external suppliers.
You will:
- Contribute technical expertise in projects from feasibility study to commissioning.
- Work with requirements specification, installation, and qualification of production equipment.
- Participate in or drive technical improvement projects, system implementations, and equipment upgrades.
- Support the organization as a technical specialist and contribute to the development of working methods, methods, and tools.
- Work in a project-intensive environment where you regularly participate in our project process and in the department's long-term improvement initiatives.
To succeed in the role, you need to be:
- Self-driven, analytical, and structured.
- Quality-conscious and accustomed to working according to guidelines and requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Comfortable with risk management and meticulous documentation.
- A good collaborator with the ability to create engagement and contribute to clear communication.
The position is a fixed-term employment for trial purposes, which after 6 months will transition to a permanent position after agreement between the parties.
