About the Job

We are looking for an experienced and creative web designer who sees design as an art form. At Antupdevelopment, we believe in creators who can transform a website into a digital artwork. Your task will be to create web experiences that have that extra feeling that makes a design memorable and engaging.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually advanced, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Work through the entire design process from concept to final implementation.
• Collaborate with developers to realize the design with high technical quality.
• Ensure that all solutions have a strong visual identity and artistic integrity.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 5 years of experience as a web designer.
• Has a portfolio that clearly shows your creative and artistic side.
• Is accustomed to working with modern design tools and processes.
• Is self-driven, meticulous, and a good team player.
• Is fluent in Swedish and English. (Spanish is a plus)

Requirements

• Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• CMS & Page Builders: WordPress with Divi Builder, Elementor
• Prototyping: InVision, Principle or similar
• Front-end Basics: HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript
• Version Control: Git

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with web animation (GSAP, Lottie, etc.)

Background or strong interest in art and visual design

Your mission won’t just be to build websites, but to craft digital experiences with that special, unmistakable vibe that makes users stop, feel, and remember.

What you'll do:

• Lead the design of visually stunning, responsive, and intuitive web interfaces from concept to launch.
• Partner with developers to ensure the artistic vision is realized with technical excellence.
• Own the full design process: research, wireframes, prototyping, and final UI ensuring every pixel has purpose.
• Champion a strong visual identity and artistic integrity across all projects.

Who you are:

• A seasoned designer with 5+ years of professional web design experience.
• Your portfolio doesn’t just show work; it shows a point of view. It highlights your creative and artistic sensibility.
• Proficient with modern design tools and fluent in the full design lifecycle.
• A self-starter who’s meticulous, reliable, and a true team player.
• Fluent in Swedish and English. (Spanish is a strong plus.)
