About PRISMA Security

PRISMA Security is an authorized security company by the Police Authority and the County Administrative Board, based in Stockholm.

We have been operating since 2013 and have over the years engaged in maintaining order, security, and coordinating functions in both small and large contexts.

We are continuously looking for Security Guards for our Event & Event unit for year-round operations, primarily evenings & nights.

Our vision is to create safety and add value to society connected to our values, high morals, and our code of conduct.

This allows us to deliver security services of very high standards.

Your Role

As an employed Security Guard at PRISMA Security, you are expected to create safety with your presence and contribute to maintaining public order at events.

We place great importance on personal suitability and expect you to meet the following basic requirements:

• You have good social skills and a willingness to help fellow humans in need of support.
• We believe you are a service-oriented, calm, and organized person who can handle stress.
• You are independent but also work well in a team.
• Taking responsibility comes naturally to you – you are simply an honest, helpful, and attentive person who makes those around you feel safe.

What are the requirements for the position?

• You need to have a high school education with passing grades in Swedish and English.
• For employment at PRISMA Security, you must be approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company.

Salary

Salary & compensation according to collective agreements, as well as allowances for travel, parking, group leader, deputy group leader, and individual claims.
