HRM is assisting Fresenius Kabi in recruiting their next Process Safety and Fire Protection Manager. If you are someone who wants to take full responsibility for safety in our production environments, you are the right person.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and further developing the work within process safety and fire protection. You will ensure compliance with legal requirements, regulatory directives, and insurance conditions, and that our safety systems are robust, effective, and future-proof. The work is both strategic and operational and involves close collaboration with operations, technology, maintenance, EHS, and external parties such as emergency services and insurance companies.
You will drive systematic fire protection work, conduct risk analyses and audits, and lead incident investigations and improvement initiatives, as we aim to strengthen the safety culture. An important part of the assignment is also to develop and coordinate emergency preparedness and to educate and support the organization in fire and process safety issues. The role offers significant opportunities to influence the safety culture and contribute to a sustainable and safe operation. GMP is a given, and we do not compromise on safety or quality.
Main responsibilities
· Right contacts both internally and externally
· Systematic fire protection work
· Responsible for Flammable Goods
· Drive the work systematically and long-term

Your profile
You have an understanding of long-term thinking and that it should be systematic. You have the ability to see the big picture and to collaborate with many parties in the organization. You have the ability to coordinate and are not afraid to follow up, educate, and drive your own processes.
We see that you have experience in the areas of pharmaceuticals, chemicals, oil/gas, or the food industry. This is to understand the whole in production flows, routines, processes, and safety.
As the group operates internationally, you need to manage both Swedish and English.
Personal qualities
