The Swedish Armed Forces' Telecommunications and Information Systems Command (FMTIS) is recruiting a BVKF (Flammable and Explosive Goods) Supervisor for the Operational Security Department based in Enköping.
About the Position/Department
As a BVKF Supervisor, you will, together with your colleagues, be responsible for driving FMTIS's work with flammable goods forward according to LBE (Act on Flammable and Explosive Goods), MSB's legislation, and the Armed Forces' governing documents. You are the unit's expert resource in the field, and through your competence and commitment, you support the operations. The position involves some travel, including to the operational sites of the Implementing Unit where you assist in carrying out, for example, risk assessments, training initiatives, and investigations.
Main Responsibilities
The work is exclusively regulated by rule-based operations. Within this area of responsibility, you have the role of monitoring the unit's BVKF work, regulations, internal provisions, completed risk assessments, and other requirements that affect FMTIS operations and propose changes to the unit's governing documents/routines and plan how the changes should be implemented.

Qualifications
- Good knowledge and work experience in BVKF and are well acquainted with the laws, regulations, directives, and requirements we as an employer must follow.
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Driver's license at least class B (Manual).

We are looking for someone who is strategic and structured and has the ability to see the big picture in complex contexts. You have current experience of successfully working independently to drive, coordinate, and develop operational and strategic work. You have the commitment required to drive systematic work within BVKF in large and geographically dispersed areas. You have good communication skills and are used to having a pedagogical role. We value commitment, flexibility, and teamwork.

MERIT
- Approved training in the Armed Forces' established training within BVKF.
- Previous experience of staff work within a government agency.
- Experience in implementing and developing processes and working methods and being able to translate these into practice.
- Technical knowledge in Electrical/Mechanical.
