The Role

We are looking for an emergency coordinator who wants to develop, coordinate, and strengthen the municipality's crisis preparedness and security work.

• You plan and conduct training/exercises in crisis management for our employees and external actors
• You are responsible for the municipality's information security work by identifying, managing, and addressing risks and threats to our information
• You actively work with risk and vulnerability analyses to ensure a robust and future-proof municipality
• You develop and follow up on the municipality's continuity plans and ensure they are integrated into operations
• You build and maintain relationships with external actors such as authorities, businesses, and other community actors to strengthen collaboration and joint efforts

Is This You?

• You have a relevant higher education in crisis preparedness, security, or similar fields. Alternatively, you have experience in crisis preparedness and community safety, preferably from a similar role in a public organization
• You thrive in an organization that is flexible and enterprising
• You are proactive and analytical
• You enjoy collaborating with others and value relationships
• You express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish
• You hold a B driver's license

We consider it an advantage if you have training as a security protection manager.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
