Substitute Needed for Home Healthcare
We are looking for a substitute for our home healthcare as a colleague is going on parental leave.
We are seeking a nurse who wants to work with us.
We are a cheerful and cohesive home healthcare team of five district nurses, six nursing assistants, and two doctors who care for approximately 168 patients in home healthcare.
We work in teams where nurses have a leading role and together with the nursing assistants and doctors plan home visits. It is an independent job where you plan your day, and we support and help each other with both planning and visits. As a nurse, you have one administrative day per week where you are responsible for admin tasks, Lifecare, home healthcare's TeleQ, planning of SIPar, distribution of dosettes, etc., and you also provide support for those who are out with patients and colleagues at the health center. We believe in developing both as individuals and as a group and work a lot with improvement projects that are discussed in our regular meetings each week.
We only work daytime on weekdays, and there is some opportunity to influence your working hours based on the operations. We travel to our patients by car, public transport, bicycle, or on foot. Therefore, we also require a B driver's license.
In certain special cases, we also have the possibility to work from home.
