Our job offer

Ward 74 is focused on pulmonology and has 12 care places, with admissions from the emergency department and other wards around the clock. The work involves a lot of medical technology as our patients often have pleural drains with treatments related to them or Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV). We would like you to obtain blood gas delegation after some time on the ward. We have a close collaboration with the lung clinic and the bronchoscopy activities are located in the ward's premises.

The work on the ward has a strong focus on collaboration, and we work unpretentiously to do the best for our patients and to protect our good work environment. With us, you will be part of a team where many have many years of experience in both the professional role and pulmonology. You will always work together with an experienced colleague.

You will receive an individually tailored onboarding with follow-up after one month, where we will go through any need for additional onboarding days together. We have training sessions once a week where either our lung specialists or other professional categories lecture on lung diseases and other current focus areas. Everyone also participates in a two-day external training in Bi-Level where you will learn the basics of NIV treatment.

As a nurse, you are part of the team around the patient and you have the patient's best interests in focus. In addition to nurse and assistant colleagues, you will have a ward coordinator and care coordinator to assist you.
