Your Mission

At the clinic, we treat both children and adults with a varied need for orthodontic treatment, from severe malocclusions to aesthetic treatments. With high competence and the latest technology, we offer our patients safe and quality care. The position also includes assistance and sterilization.

The clinic in Sollentuna is co-located with the pediatric dentistry department and general dentistry. You will work alongside positive and engaged colleagues in a good working environment. At the clinic, patient work, education, and research collaborate. The clinic has 8 treatment chairs where 5 orthodontists, 4 orthodontic assistants, 1 merit dentist, and 1 dental nurse work. We continuously conduct ST training and orthodontic assistant training. Our orthodontic clinics are also located at the Eastman Institute and Handen.

What You Need to Succeed

We are looking for someone who is a trained orthodontic assistant. You are familiar with working in journal systems and have good computer skills. You should be positive, outgoing, flexible, and have a very good sense of quality and service. It is important for us that you can contribute with commitment, high quality, and excellent customer service. In your work, you are a structured person who plans, organizes, and prioritizes work effectively. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language and can express yourself well in both speech and writing. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

Employment

Welcome with your application by February 1, 2026. The position is a permanent full-time employment. A probationary period may apply, and the start date will be agreed upon. Selection is ongoing. We will take references from your clinic manager if you have been/are employed with us.

Before the interview, you need to be able to prove your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to present a valid work permit or documentation showing that you are exempt from the requirement.
