Your responsibilities

The LSS team consists of 6 nurses, 3 occupational therapists, and 2 physiotherapists. Together, we create the best possible healthcare for our patients who live in housing with special services LSS, social psychiatric accommodations, and daily activities. We are responsible for over 600 patients, and our catchment area spans the entire municipality from Ytterenhörna to Vårdinge. We operate from a shared location in Södertälje and travel to our various residential units using cars from our car pool. As a nurse in the LSS team, you will have patient responsibility for approximately 45-50 residents as well as a number of patients in daily activities. The work includes standard nursing tasks such as medication management, wound care, sampling, etc. The job involves many points of contact with other healthcare providers and places high demands on your ability to collaborate and cooperate across organizational boundaries and with other professions. You will work daytime Monday to Friday, with duties on public holidays and weekends as needed.

Who are you?

You are a licensed nurse with at least 2 years of experience in the profession. We prefer that you have further education in psychiatry or district nursing.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience.
- B driver's license
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

Meritorious:
- Experience from LSS, home healthcare, or psychiatry.
- Further education to psychiatric nurse or district nurse
- Knowledge of low-arousal approaches.
- Knowledge of alternative communication methods/ACC.

- You find it easy to collaborate in a team.
- You are curious and have a desire to learn new things.
- You are driven and efficient with a good ability to structure and organize your work both independently and in a team.
