To be considered for a position in home healthcare at Edsbergs Healthcare Center:

• Professional Certificate: Proof of protected professional title as a nursing assistant.
• Driver's License: B driver's license.
• Delegation: Experience working under the delegation of a nurse for medical tasks.
• Digital Skills: Knowledge of documentation systems, TakeCare.

Job Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant in home healthcare, you will work closely with patients in their homes focusing on:

• Personal care and health care tasks under delegation.
• Sample collection, wound care, and medication management.
• Documentation and collaboration with nurses and relatives.

Qualifications

• Independence: Since you often work alone in the patient's home, a good ability to make independent decisions within your competence is required.
• Collaboration: Ability to work in a team.
• Language Requirements: Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is necessary for safe documentation and patient communication.

Other

The position is a part-time substitute, at least 1 day a week. Between April and August, the need is full-time.
