Attendo Liljanshöjden is a newly built special accommodation located in Bredäng. We have a total of 62 places distributed across six departments, two departments have a somatic focus and four departments have a dementia focus. At Attendo Liljanshöjden, we work based on the concept of culture and leisure, which means we engage a lot in activities.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who wants to work extra as this is a needs-based employment.

As a nursing assistant, your main task is to work with the care of our customers, with some light cleaning and cooking involved. You should be able to work in a team but also independently. We work in teams with nursing assistants, nurses, rehabilitation staff, group leaders, and operational managers.

We have new customers who need care and are now expanding our friendly team with more nursing assistants. It is advantageous if you have experience in care work in elderly care as well as delegation.

We are looking for you with a nursing assistant education and who has experience in care work.

You enjoy providing good service, creating great relationships, and want to give quality of life to our customers. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about caring for the elderly and can see the individual’s needs. Having a leadership role is stimulating, and you enjoy mentoring your colleagues in health and medical issues.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 points.

• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)

• Good computer skills/computer familiarity
