About the role

Vårdliljan is looking for a registered nurse to join our home care team in Hässelby! We offer stimulating and meaningful work, with clear leadership and opportunities for development.

The assignment

The work is scheduled during daytime hours, Monday to Friday. The position includes, among other things, planning, coordinating, and implementing care measures, contacting other healthcare providers and home care services, as well as direct and telephone contact with patients and their relatives.

Background

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. You need to have at least two years of experience as a nurse, preferably from a health center or home care, or have worked as an assistant nurse in home care before becoming a registered nurse. It is important that you are a person who feels engaged in your professional practice. It is also important that you have good computer skills, preferably with experience of the services Take Care and Lifecare. You must have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability and want you to be able to identify with Vårdliljan's values: engagement, logistics, integrity, teamwork, empathy, and innovation.

Vårdliljan

Vårdliljan was founded in 2003 and has grown steadily since then. Our areas of operation are basic home care and nursing interventions during on-call hours within elderly care and LSS (support and service for persons with certain disabilities). We have a collective agreement with Vårdföretagarna and offer wellness benefits. In our team, we have a very good atmosphere, where we engage in each other's work and support each other when help is needed.
