Are you a District Nurse who thrives in a role where your skills truly shine?
Do you want the variety and independence often found in consulting assignments, but at the same time the security of a permanent position within regional healthcare? Then this might be the right assignment for you.
We are now launching Bemanningscentrum Norra (Staffing Centre North), an internal staffing solution for health centres in the northern district. As a District Nurse with us, you will work at various units in the district and contribute your expertise where the need is greatest. This role suits you if you appreciate variety, can quickly adapt to new work environments, and want to contribute to stability and high quality in primary care.
In this recruitment, we are looking for licensed District Nurses with prescribing rights. The role involves significant clinical responsibility and requires good independence in assessments, counseling, and treatment.
The Staffing Centre is currently in a startup phase. This means that those who join early will have the opportunity to help shape working methods and develop the operations together with us. Our ambition is to build a strong collegial community within the Staffing Centre in the long term, where experienced clinicians work in a consultative role within primary care. You can read more about our operations at Find your health centre - Region Stockholm (https://hittadinvardcentral.regionstockholm.se).
With us, you get the best of both worlds: the flexibility and variety of consulting work, combined with the security of a permanent position within Region Stockholm. You will receive stable employment conditions, good opportunities for competence development, and access to the region's combined resources. You can read more about our benefits at Benefits at Stockholm County Council's Healthcare Services (https://regionstockholm.se/formaner).
Qualifications
District Nurse with experience in primary care and home healthcare. You must also have good computer skills and experience with the medical record system TakeCare. A B-class driver's license is required.
Personal qualities
We place great emphasis on personal suitability, engagement, and good teamwork skills. You drive your own work but also want to contribute to the whole at the health centre and develop the operations together with us.
Employment type
Permanent position, 100%. Probation period may apply. Start date by agreement. Continuous recruitment.
