Do you want a more flexible role where you can use your skills as a general practitioner across multiple clinics – and at the same time contribute to strengthening primary care in northern Stockholm?

We are now launching Bemanningscentrum Norra (Staffing Center North), an internal staffing solution where experienced general practitioners have the opportunity to work in a consultant-like role within the organization, initially in the northern district. The assignment involves supporting various health centers as needed, for example during temporary staffing challenges, development initiatives, or periods of high workload.

This is a role for you who thrive on variety, can quickly adapt to new environments, and appreciate contributing where the need is greatest. At the same time, you will become an important part of creating stability and continuity in the operations.

As a doctor in Bemanningscentrum Norra, you are offered a flexible working situation where your competence is utilized broadly. Your flexibility and consultative approach are highly valued and also compensated in the design of the assignment.

We are looking for you who are a specialist in general medicine, have good clinical breadth, and appreciate a work environment where collaboration, problem-solving, and professionalism are at the center.

About us:

We are the health centers in the northern district, clinics located north of central Stockholm, which together form an important part of primary care in the region. We are now launching Bemanningscentrum Norra, an internal staffing solution designed to strengthen operations and create better conditions when needs arise.

The operation is in a startup phase and is being shaped together with the doctors who join early. Our ambition is to eventually build a community within the Staffing Center where colleagues who thrive in a more consultative role can work closely together, share experiences, and contribute to the development of primary care in the northern district.

As a doctor with us, you will work at different units in the district where your competence is needed at the moment. The work involves variation, the opportunity to contribute in several operations, and an important role in creating stability and quality in care.

What we offer:

With us, you get the best of both worlds – the variety and freedom often associated with consulting assignments, combined with the security of a permanent position within regional operations. You get the opportunity to work at several units, meet different teams, and contribute where your competence makes the biggest difference, while having stable employment conditions and long-term organizational belonging.

About the position:

With us, you are offered varied work within the field of general medicine. You will take care of patients of all ages through acute and planned patient clinics, both digitally and physically. You will supervise younger colleagues, and there is an opportunity to participate in the development of operations such as specialist clinics and/or home care.

About you:

We are looking for you who are a licensed doctor with specialist competence in general medicine and have the authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. You can be a newly qualified specialist or have long experience; what is important to us is that you want to help drive our operations forward.

You have a professional working style and see good treatment of colleagues as well as patients as a matter of course. Furthermore, we believe that you are quality-conscious and responsive to the needs of the operation. Great importance is attached to personal suitability, and we value personal qualities such as good cooperation skills, constructiveness, and flexibility. A B-driving license is required.

Other information:

If part-time work is requested, the degree of employment can be discussed.

A probationary period may apply.

We will continuously review applications and may call for interviews before the final application date.
